Privacy
Last updated: 3 October 2026
This policy explains how the platform collects, uses and protects information when you browse spaces, create an account, send a request or manage a space. It describes the current product and will be updated when the way we process information changes.
Scope and your responsibility
This policy covers the website, account areas, request-for-quotation flow, space management and messages operated by the platform. A space page may link to an external service; once you leave the platform, that service’s own policy applies.
By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read this policy. If you use it for a company or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to provide its information and the information of the people you represent.
Information we collect
We collect what each feature needs to operate. This may include:
- Account details: display name, mobile number or email address, preferred language and verification status. Passwords are never stored in readable form.
- Provider details: legal and display names, authorised users, commercial or operating references, and authorised-signatory information submitted for verification.
- Request and quotation details: event type, date and time, guest count, preferred layout, budget, requested services, notes, quotations, and acceptance or rejection events.
- Documents and photos uploaded by a provider to support verification or describe a space. Verification documents are not public.
- Technical and security data: network address, request identifier, browser details, sign-in and session records, and security events needed to detect abuse and protect accounts.
How we use information
We use information to:
- Create accounts, sign people in, send verification codes and reset passwords.
- Show published spaces, route a request to selected providers, create comparable quotations and show request status in the account area.
- Review providers, spaces and photos; prevent fraud and unauthorised access; and enforce usage limits.
- Record sensitive decisions and changes for accountability, security, incident investigation and dispute handling.
- Operate, measure and improve the service. We do not build advertising profiles from your information or sell it to advertisers.
When we share information
We share information within the limits of the feature you use and the permissions attached to it. A provider sees the request details needed to prepare a quotation. Phone numbers and email addresses are masked in notes before a provider reads them, and relevant contact details may be released after a quotation is accepted under the release policy shown for that request.
We may share the minimum necessary with infrastructure, messaging and storage providers that process information for us, and with authorised review and support staff. They must keep it confidential and apply appropriate safeguards; they may not use it for their own purposes.
We may disclose information when required by applicable law or an authorised authority, or to protect users and the platform from fraud, security threats or legal claims. Verification documents and private account information are not published on space pages.
Messages and cookies
We send operational messages such as sign-in codes or updates about a request or quotation when they are needed to provide the service. The current build does not send marketing messages; any future marketing feature will include an appropriate notice and choice.
The session uses protected cookies that page scripts cannot read, with settings that reduce the risk of theft or cross-site transmission. The current build does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking tools.
Security
We use role-based access controls, encryption or hashing for sensitive data, revocable sessions, sign-in rate limits and an audit trail for sensitive decisions. Provider documents are held in restricted storage and delivered only after an authorisation check.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If you notice unusual access, a suspicious message or loss of control of your account, end the session and contact the platform through its official support channel.
Retention and deletion
We keep information for as long as needed to operate accounts, requests, quotations, verification, support and security, or to meet legal obligations and establish or defend rights. Audit records and other integrity records may remain after an account closes because changing them would undermine the record.
You may ask us to correct or delete information through the support channel. We assess the request against the type of data and our continuing obligations; a limited or de-identified copy may remain when full deletion is not possible or would damage an audit trail or legal right.
Your rights and choices
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have the right to know what we process, request correction or updating, learn the purposes of processing, request restriction or deletion, object to a particular use, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis. We may ask for enough information to verify the account holder before carrying out a request.
You can choose not to provide some information, but the related feature may then be unavailable, such as account creation, sending a request or completing provider verification. You can also sign out and revoke sessions from the account area where those options are available.
Transfers and children
Infrastructure or messaging and storage providers may process information in a country other than where you live. We use them to operate the service and review their contractual and security safeguards. We will publish the hosting region and approved processors before general availability where applicable law requires it.
The platform is intended for adults and business users. We do not knowingly request information from children. If you believe a child has sent personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where the law permits.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when we add a feature, processor or new use of information. We will change the update date and highlight material changes in the platform or through an appropriate message. Continuing to use the platform after an update takes effect means accepting the revised policy to the extent permitted by law.
Contact and requests about these pages
For a privacy, account, request or quotation question, use the official support channel shown inside the platform and include the request’s public identifier. Never send a password, verification code or sensitive document through an unsecured message.
This page describes the boundaries of the current pilot build; it is not a final legal document.
